You took a timeout, and now you've changed your mind? No worries, we're always here to help! We can update your timeout period for you. If you find your timeout period too short and want to extend it, you'll need to contact our customer service team.
Alternatively, if you want to open your account earlier, you don't even need to contact us. When you attempt to log in to your account, you will see the 'Open account' option on the screen.
Simply clicking the “Open account” button will reduce your timeout period to 24 hours.
