The documents that are required are Proof of Identity and Proof of Address. Please see what is needed for each document below:
Proof of Identity - National ID, Driver's License, Passport.
- The Name and Date of Birth must match the details registered on your Slot Express Account.
- The ID has a valid date of issue.
- Must be in color with a clear photo and all edges included.
- If you send your passport, the signature needs to be visible.
Proof of Address - Bank Statement, Utility Bill (Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, Phone), Credit Card Statement, Tenancy agreement, Employer's letter or pay slip, Government-issued letter or Tax office, Household or motor insurance certificate,
- The Name and Address must match the details registered on your Slot Express Account.
- The document must include your Name, Address, Issuing body, and Date of Issue.
PS: PDF or Photo, Good quality, 4 corners should be visible.
